I have complete and big family. I still have grand-father and grand-mother both my father and my mother. My grand-father and grand-mother from mother have 2 daughter, 4 son and my grand-father and grand-mother from father have 4 daughter, 2 son. My father work as farmer, driver truck and entrepreneurship on entertainment that serve wedding party like provide sound system, wedding equipment, etc. My mother just as housewife. If many work in the ricefield, my mother always helps my father in the ricefield. I have a brother and no sister. So, my parents just have 2 children.. My brother still continued her study in vocational high school at the first class and recently graduated from junior high school.
I always spend my leisure time with my family if i come back yo my village because seldom live in my village. I dislike go with my friend if i come back in home. For 4 years ago, I reside in Semarang. Every sunday, i go with my parents in square town or in the mall city if i in home. After that, we always stop by in the restaurant or shop for dinner. If not, we just go around city with our car or just watch on TV. For me, we are real of family, prosperous family and great family.

PRACTICE WRITING "LITTLE BIT INCIDENT"
I will make a story about incident in this day. At the first, we was meeting with my Marketing consultant in this company at 4.00 o'clock. Honestly, we are felling not good in this day because calling from marketing consultant to held a meeting with him. Then, at that time, we meet with him. Marketing consultant says that he heard some information which not good for our class. Maybe one of us tell him about that complain. He says that if we have something to say about improving our english mainly our teacher, we can say with him and we can solve this problem and issue. At the first, My friends make a complain about our teacher. She is dissapointed because she doesn't concerned by my teacher. She feel not improving with her english language. Then, my friends give make an opinion too. she like my teacher because she feel improve after my teacher come. I don't know about my friend that not agree and dislike with my teacher although i feel, she improve her english language because i think she can speak or listen english very well. She will take IELTS test this week, so why she complain about my teacher? is she want my teacher break from this company? for reason what? i didn't think about it.
After that, i just say to my marketing consultant to add an english teacher for new student. I feel pity to my friend because she isn't yet able to english skill, maybe her speaking is very good but for writing or listening, she disable for that. I hope our company can reach that, but if cannot provide another teacher, never mind for me. My teacher now is enough for me. Maybe i want IELTS test next 2 month, i hope so. ^^
After meeting with marketing consultant, we notify with cooking teacher for carefully to keep our facilities. Most recently, she always see student walk to go in bathroom at learn time. Maybe, we will remember that. I hope, this situation can be better. ^_^

Ghost orchid is a species of orchid, seldom grow in Indonesia. It is interest orchid because it's engangered species and recently succes found life again. This spesies is very close to extinction because basicly this plant haven't ability for reproduction. Cultivation this plant is very rare and difficult. This species haven't leaf also disable to photosyntesis and disable produce their own food. This spesies has needed some spesific mushrooms which give them some food. So, this species have high price because of their attractive. Then, i saw another flower. I see many species of rose. I interest a blue rose. I ask to florist to tell me about blue rose.
Blue rose is one of many species of rose. This flower isn't grow naturally. it's a result from research which do a company in Japan. Blue rose have a symbol if we give to someone. It's declare feel someone which we want but we can't reach his. Blue rose is more impression something which we cann't say it. Finally, i buy it because i interest in it's colour, unique. Many people rare have it. After i buy blue rose, i continue my trip to Gedong songo of temple.

A. Deskripsi Perusahaan
Atcemnes Butik Shop merupakan usaha dagang yang
menyediakan busana wanita dengan desain dari pemilik butiknya sendiri. Baju
yang dihasilkan merupakan ide dan inovasi dari pemilik butik, dari mulai
menggambar, membuat bahkan menjahit dilakukan sendiri. Jadi, konsumen yang
berkunjung tidak hanya untuk membeli tapi juga bisa melihat proses pembuatan
baju. Baju yang dibuat menggunakan bahan kain kiloan sehingga lebih ekonomis.

Meningkatkan
produktivitas dan kreatifitas mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha
serta menyalurkan bakat dan minat dari dalam diri mahasiswa melalui dunia
fashion.

Untuk mewujudkan visi
tersebut, maka ditetapkan misi-misi yang harus dilaksanakan, yaitu:

Situasi
Penampilan merupakan salah satu cermin kepribadian seseorang. Balutan
busana yang santun, rapi dan sesuai dengan postur tubuh dan tren, dapat
menunjang penampilan diri. Bagi diri seseorang, busana tak lagi digunakan untuk
menunjang kebutuhan, namun juga penampilan diri. Tak jarang kaum hawa
berbondong-bondong mencari pakaian yang dapat membuat mereka tampil menarik.
Dari segi pemasaran sudah banyak butik-butik baju yang dibuka.
Untuk itu kami mencoba untuk membuat butik baju yang berbeda dari yang
lain yaitu disamping baju yang dihasilkan kebanyakan hasil jahitan pemilik butik
dan karyawannya, pakaian yang dijual hanya pakaian atas dan tidak menjual
celana atau rok. Hal ini sebagai upaya agar butik ini
mampu bersaing ditengah menjamurnya butik-butik baju lain. Selain itu bisnis
butik baju ini akan menjadi usaha sampingan mahasiswa UNNES di sela-sela
kesibukan kuliah untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan menambah penghasilan
mahassiswa.

Produk
Produk yang ditawarkan adalah desain baju terbaru
untuk konsumen dari pemilik butik. Adapun kain yang digunakan adalah kain
kiloan yang mempunyai harga miring daripada menggunakan kain meteran sehingga
produk yang dihasilkan mempunyai bahan dasar yang terjangkau dan harga jualnya
pun relatif terjangkau. Walaupun menggunakan kain kiloan (anggapan orang
tentang kain kiloan yang murahan dengan kualitas buruk), namun barang yang
dihasilkan tidak akan mengurangi kualitasnya. Misalnya, jika kainnya terlalu
tipis maka menggunakan aksesoris atau pernak-pernik di baju sehingga akan
mengangkat nilai dari kain yang digunakan.

(Inovasi / Keunggulan Usaha)
Di era sekarang banyak butik-butik yang dibuka
tetapi tidak semua butik itu menghasilkan barang dari butiknya sendiri
melainkan tengkulak dari toko maupun butik lain. Hal ini merupakan peluang
usaha untuk menciptakan inovasi butik dengan barang yang di produksi dari butik
itu sendiri sehingga konsumen selain membeli baju juga bisa melihat proses
pembuatan baju.

Tempat Produksi
Tempat membuka usaha ini berada di jalan Taman Siswa
di gang jeruk wisma Oryza 1 Sekaran Gunungpati Semarang. Lokasi ini dekat jalan
raya sehingga mudah untuk akses dengan kendaraan umum. Keberadaan tempat usaha
merupakan letak yang strategis karena banyak mahasiswa yang tinggal didaerah
itu dan merupakan daerah akses para mahasiswa untuk melakukan aktivitasnya.

Bisnis
Model
bisnis yang dijalankan butik ini ada 2 yaitu
model jual langsung dan model komunitas. Model jual langsung dilakukan dengan
cara membuka butik/ toko kecil-kecilan sehingga langsung berinteraksi dengan
konsumen dan untuk model komunitas dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan tempat
pemasaran misalnya menitipkan barang
hasil butik untuk dijual di toko maupun butik lain.

Selain
memiliki peluang usaha kami juga memiliki resiko yang harus dihadapi
dan dicari solusinya.
Beberapa resiko yang mungkin akan kami hadapi diantaranya adalah:
a. Kepuasan
Konsumen
Jika
butik yang kami tawarkan tidak membuat konsumen puas maka resiko yang harus
dihadapi untuk jangka panjang adalah butik akan sepi pembeli dan pengunjung. Untuk
mengatasi hal ini, pemilik butik harus berinteraksi baik dengan konsumen dan
memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan dalam proses jual beli.
b. Barang
yang dihasilkan
Desain
baru yang dikeluarkan butik belum tentu diterima oleh konsumen. Hal ini
membutuhkan suatu riset kecil untuk mengetahui kemauan dari konsumen sehingga
barang yang dihasilkan dari setiap keluaran butik mampu diterima oleh konsumen.
c. Bahan
Baku (Kain)
Didalam
butik ini menggunakan bahan baku kain kiloan. Tidak semua kain kiloan mempunyai
mutu yang bagus, kadang ada kain yang cacat sehingga tidak bisa dipakai untuk
membuat baju. Upaya untuk mengatasi hal ini adalah menjalin kerja sama dengan
toko yang menjual kain kiloan agar diberi mutu yang baik dan hal ini untuk
meminimalisasi cacat kain yang diperoleh.

Produksi
Proses pembuatan baju
cukup mudah, adapun caranya adalah
a. Menggambar
rancangan desain pola baju yang akan dibuat dalam kertas
b. Dengan
menggunakan kapur, dibuat pola baju diatas kain dengan ukuran tertentu
menggunakan meteran dan digaris sesuai pola
c. Setelah
pola yang digambar dalam kain sudah jadi, dengan menggunakan gunting dipotong
kain yang sudah dibuat pola
d. Dengan
keterampilan tertentu, pola baju dijahit sedikit demi sedikit hingga membentuk
sebuah baju
e. Setelah
baju selesai dijahit, baju kemudian diobras menggunakan mesin obras dan apabila
untuk model baju tertentu akan menggunakan mesin wolsum untuk bagian pinggir
kain yang selesai di jahit
f. Untuk
baju yang menggunakan kancing, dibuat tempat kancing dengan mesin pembuat
tempat kancing
g. Setelah
selesai diobras, baju yang telah jadi dibuat kreasi dengan menambahkan pita,
pernak-pernik, maupun renda agar baju kelihatan kreatif
h. Baju
dikemas dalam plastik untuk siap dipasarkan

direncanakan adalah membuat 100 baju setiap bulannya dan minimal 4 baju yang
laku di butik.

Sejauh ini, yang telah dilakukan oleh
pemilik butik (mahasiswa) adalah tidak memasarkan hasil buatannya yang telah
dinilai banyak mahasiswa mempunyai hasil keluaran produk yang bagus dan
inovatif hal ini karena untuk membuka sebuah butik membutuhkan modal yang cukup
besar. Dengan desain dan tampilan menarik produk baju yang dikeluarkan Atcemnes
Butik Shop ini dapat menarik minat para konsumen dan keahlian dari pemilik
Atcemnes Butik Shop yang sejauh ini telah menghasilkan beberapa baju yang murah
tapi tidak murahan ini mampu menarik konsumen untuk membeli baju.
b. Harga
Jual
Harga jual baju disesuaikan dengan harga
mahasiswa yaitu sebesar Rp. 30.000-50.000 per baju.

Promosi
Promosi butik ini dilakukan dengan
memakai sendiri produk-produknya. Dengan cara itulah orang bisa melihat
langsung dan tertarik untuk membelinya. Selain itu kami juga membuat brosur,
ronteg (kertas yang di pasang di jalan jalan) dan promosi lewat mouth to mouth (mulut ke mulut) serta media
internet misalnya membuat blog sendiri, facebook, twitter dan lain-lain.
d. Sistem
Pemasaran dan Distribusi
Pemasaran produksi dimulai dari
teman-teman se Jurusan Kimia, mahasiswa sekitar kampus, masyarakat sekitar
kampus dan kos-kosan kemudian bisa menjalin kerja sama dengan teman-teman
lintas universitas, selain itu rajin mengikuti pameran dan melakukan sms
berkala ke pelanggan-pelanggannya, terutama jika ada produk baru dan program
diskon. Kami juga membuat blog yang bisa diakses semua orang dimanapun berada
agar para calon konsumen bisa melihat contoh produk yang ditawarkan.
